The Rules
Here you will find the terms and conditions to participate in our 50 contests of Cyprus sandals.
Read them carefully.
1. Introduction
1.1 These rules apply to all competitions, prize draws, promotions, and giveaways that are promoted on and run through our website or social media channels.
1.2 To enter a competition you must enter as directed on our website and social media channels.
1.3 Our competitions are completely free to enter with no purchase required.
1.4 Promotions on social media are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, or any other social network. You are providing your information to Luxury with Discounts only and will not be passed to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.
1.5 We do not represent Hermès or any other luxury brand, we are not an official store.
1.6 All our products are Brand New in Box.
- Eligibility and Entry Restrictions
2.1 Must be of legal age (+18).
2.2 Participants must meet all requirements: Follow us on social networks, share the video, register on the website and send us a photo of themselves with a Hermès product (It is not possible to send a false photo, when we are going to make the gift we will ask for a call where you show us that article that you sent us by photo).
2.3 It is not possible to participate with more than one account.
- Start and Closing Dates
3.1 A new giveaway is held for every 1,000 new users who are also IG followers and have liked and shared the post (It will be 50 giveaways).
3.2 You can participate in as many drawings as there are drawings to be made.
3.3 We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by us.
3.4 Entry into the competitions will be deemed as acceptance of all of these terms and conditions.
- Winners
4.1 Winners shall be selected on the basis of the defined entry criteria specified on our website and/or social media channels in relation to the competition.
4.2 If a competition entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements or is subject to any entry restrictions, that entrant shall not be entitled to be adjudged a winner, and will not be entitled to a prize in any circumstances.
4.3 In case that a winner is discarded for any of these actions, either for not performing the requested actions, for not helping us identify each action, for not responding to us, or for not being correct/truthful actions …. the price is forfeited and goes to the company’s stock for sale.
4.4 If there is no more stock of Cyprus Sandals, other Hermes sandals that are in stock or available will be offered and in case there are no other sandals, you will be offered other items such as clothing or jewelry accessories. In any case the value does not have to be similar, it can be less or more than the value of the Cyprus sandals.
4.5 Competition prizes for each competition shall be specified on our website or social media channels. Additional details may be provided upon request.
4.6 Shipping costs are to be paid by the winner, as well as any customs and handling charges, if any.
4.7 Competition prize winners will be notified of the competition result by email or by direct message on social media not more than 30 days following the closing date of the competition. Prizes will be sent via a tracked postal service.
4.8 Winners will be chosen by a random drawing tool.
4.9 Winners authorize us to share their profiles in the winners section.
- Prizes
5.1 Other products may be offered to the winner and the winner may exchange his prize for one of those products.
5.2 The results of a competition will be announced on our website within 30 days following the closing date of the competition. The announcement may include the name and prize details of each prize winner.
5.3 No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. If the prize is exchanged, it does not have to be of the same value in the store of origin, i.e. new, or Brand New in Box.
5.4 Winners must let us post their Instagram user account as the winner.

6.1 All other personal details collected as part of the giveaway will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.
6.2 By participating you authorize us to send you advertising and marketing emails from LWD or other websites owned by the same company.
